FITNESS LITE 'n' EASY (50+ Keep Fit)

As a result from my work over the last 12 months I am offering a class to you, which is what it says on the tin, Lite and Easy!

In a community there are many people who have never exercised before or have not exercised for a long time, maybe overweight or less mobile than the average person. Is this you?  

Everyone should have the opportunity to exercise, the health benefits are too great not too do anything!

You might feel however that a mainstream class maybe too intimidating or too difficult to keep up with?. Then this class, Fitness 'Lite 'n' Easy is for you.

This class is a gentle exercise to music class with toning and stretching exercises that will help strengthen and lengthen your muscles.

Why should I exercise?

It is really important to keep fit and active as we become older. Many individuals resist exercising because they perceive it to be too hard, too boring or they are disappointed by the lack of immediate results.

If you are finding it hard to get moving, here is a reminder of the benefits of physical activity!

It makes you look and feel good.....keeps you younger on the inside & the outside! It lowers the risk of a variety of conditions including alzheimers, dementia, heart disease, diabetes, colon cancer, high blood pressure and obesity. It is a fact that exercise and strength training can help you look and feel younger.


SO why don't you make 2010 your year to get active .......get moving......with Lite 'n' Easy there really is no more excuses.......feel the benefits today!
