Chris I would just like to say I cannot thank you enough for all your efforts with my health & fitness.

I really enjoy your classes they are always fun, professional and varied.

I would recommend anyone to give you a try. I know they will love them as much as I do!

Carole

I've been telling my friend about your brilliant classes and she would like to come along on Thursday night - would that be ok?

Gayle

The classes are fun and friendly. Chris is an excellent teacher and really knows her stuff! I do the Circuits class on a Monday evening and Fitness Pilates on a Thursday evening. No two classes are ever the same, Chris is always introducing new exercises into the class."

Thank you for all you have done for my fitness over the past few years. Goodness knows what a state I'd be in if it wasn't for you!

Hi Chris

Just a quick bit of feed back, I think that your classes are great, I always enjoy them, just wish I could get back to attending regularly.  Keep up the good work!

Best of luck

Hi Chris,

Thankyou for your recent interesting and informative email which I feel deserves a response.

Your advice on back problems will no doubt 'ring a few bells' with folk and be much appreciated.  I will bear it all in mind!

You ask if there is any topic that you could cover for us in the future and I have a suggestion.

While I am pretty certain that the ladies in my class at least, are fully aware of the importance of a sensible diet: somehow I can't imagine any of them bingeing on high fat processed meals or any of them living on take- aways.  However, having had to study Nutrition as part of my Chiropody/Reflexology Course I wonder if they would be as surprised as I was to learn just how long it takes and how hard one has to exercise in order to burn off a bar of chocolate, a cream cake or even a glass of wine?  I'm not suggesting for one moment that we give up all of life's pleasures or that we all become tee-total, but such information might come as a bit of a shock!

Before I close,  I want to say how much my sister and I enjoy the challenge of your class and are impressed by your professionalism (we just wish the amount of effort we put into trying to keep trim was reflected in the bathroom scales!)

The so called 'Instructors' at W. Wickham Baths gym could take a few lessons from the way you work. One size fits all as far as they are concerned!

Cheers, Stella Etheridge
