Do you want to work out with a nice down to earth group of people then CT's Fitness is the place for you!
This is a cardio and toning workout using low impact aerobic moves with body conditioning to burn calories and strengthen & tone muscles in the entire body. Specific exercises are designed to burn fat and tone the target areas of the thighs, tummy and bottom.
It is suitable for all levels of fitness. Please remember that changes do not happen overnight!
It needs a commitment from you to attend the session and a commitment from me to motivate you to work to your full potential so you will see and feel the benefit!
Classes are tailored to those who attend - YOU! and various options will be offered so that you will feel part of the group and you will be able to build up your level of fitness by progressing through the options.
