This session mixes Pilates, Yoga and modern stretch techniques with gentle body conditioning exercises using resistance bands to strengthen, lengthen and tone tight muscles.
This session focuses on your core abdominals, back and posture. It improves your body's strength, posture and flexibility.
The exercises are a combination of slow, controlled and dynamic standing and floor exercises, with and without the use of resistance bands.
Suitable for beginners and mixed ability. No age limits. I am happy to teach people with minor back problems after recommendation from your GP first.
This class will be run as a course of 6 and will need to be booked and paid for in advance. Price for the course is £33 (£5.50 per session). Single one-off sessions are £6.00.
