The purpose of the class is for you to work the body from top to toe
(challenging all your muscle groups), in a fun, friendly environment so
that you leave feeling upbeat and motivated!
If you are new to exercise or returning to exercise I would recommend that you
attend a beginners class in the discipline that you have chosen to learn or
update your technique.

7.00-8.00pm Fitness Walking
Thursday
10.45-11.45am 50+ Keep Fit
12.00-1.00pm Pilates
7.15-8.15pm Legs/Bums/Tums
8.15-9.15pm Pilates
MA = Mixed Ability suitable for all levels of fitness.
Please note the Beginners Circuit will finish 5 mins early to allow
class changeover.
PAR-Q AND YOU - before you come to your first session you will be asked
to complete a physical activity questionnaire which is a basic form asking
about your health. Please check out the relevant web page and you can submit
this to me directly.
VENUE: The Becchamians Rugby Club,
Sparrows Den, Corkscrew Hill, West Wickham, Kent.
This venue is central, has ample
parking and is surrounded by lots of fields and woodland.
The Rugby Club is the building on the
left hand side of the car park.
