Hi all,

During the hot weather we will be exercising outside, in the shade and in the woods. Please make sure you have water with you!

Everyone should remain active but precautions need to be taken! ie keeping hydrated and exercising safely!

Fitness Pilates will still take place in the hall......due to the low intensity of the class.
